1. IATP students need to decide their own major (Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering/Civil and Construction Engineering) in the spring semester of the sophomore year, which is around March every year.

2. IATP students need to fill out the "Major Declaration Form", sign their name on it, and give their class mentor to sign his/her name.

3. Then, IATP students will submit the form to IATP office.

4. IATP office will give the Department Director to stamp on the form.

Please note that after submitting the "Major Declaration Form" to IATP office, IATP students can no longer change their majors.
