2025 IATP Admission

Application period: January 1st - March 7th (end at 12:00 noon), 2025

Application Qualification & Requirements

Applicants must have completed senior high-school education, i.e. at least 12 years of primary and secondary education in their home countries by September, 2025.


 

Documents for Application
The following documents have to be submitted:

1. High School Diploma in English. If you have not yet obtained your high school diploma, please upload the Certificate of Study or Enrollment for current semester in English, which issued by the current school.

2. High School Transcripts in English. High school students who have not yet completed their studies may submit an interim high school transcript.

3. English Proficiency Test Certificate

-The score has to reach CEFR B1 level (at least). CEFR score chart (JPG)

-We accept the following Language Proficiency Test Certificates: 

4. Two Recommendation Letters from your high shool principle or class teachers

5. Study Plan in English (maximum 2 pages)

6. Financial Statement Declaration (The declaration form can be downloaded in the application system.)


 

Important Dates

- Application period: January 1st - March 7th (end at 12:00 noon), 2025

- Online interview period: The online interview (10 minutes/per person) will be arranged and the information will be sent to you by email. Please check your email regularly after application.

- Admission Result Announcement: please log in the application system and confirm the admission result on May 28 (10 a.m.), 2025.

- Enrollment Intention Reply: Please log in the application system to reply the intention for enrollment from May 31 to June 10, 2024. Applicants who fail to reply before the deadline will be regarded as voluntarily giving up admission automatically.

- Begin of Semester: September, 2025 (Fall Semester)

Tuition and Living Expense

The below table shows the cost for tuition and on-campus services for students of the International Advanced Technology Program per semester. (IATP is a 4-year undergraduate program, so there are total 8 semesters):

Compared to other East-Asian capitals, living costs in Taipei are relatively low. Living expenses will vary depending on each student's individual lifestyle, but the following is a list of estimated expenses for the average student.

Scholarship Recommendation

Scholarship: Ministry of Education (MOE) Taiwan Scholarship

I. Financial assistance

  • Waiver of tuition and certain fees. A monthly stipend of NT$15,000 for undergraduate program students.
  • Duration:

1. Undergraduate program: four years maximum.

2. Maximum duration for any combination of programs under this scholarship: five years.

II. Eligibility

  • Each applicant shall:

1. possess a high school diploma or higher; have performed well at his/her most recent academic institution and be of good moral character.

2. be neither a Taiwanese national, nor an overseas Taiwanese compatriot.

3. have never enrolled in an educational institution in Taiwan for thesame level of degree as the current application.

4. not be an exchange student through an academic cooperation agreement between an overseas university/college and an educational institute in Taiwan.

5. have no record for being revoked a MOE Scholarship program orother government-sponsored scholarship. Recipients cannot accept any other R.O.C. government-sponsoredscholarships or subsidies concurrently with this scholarship.
