Looking forward to meeting you in Taipei!
For students who can't enter Taiwan
Currently, the Taiwan Government hasn't allowed students from Indonesia, the Philippines, El Salvador, Papua New Guinea, Nicaragua, Honduras and Paraguay to come. So, if you are not in Taiwan now, please follow the procedure below.
There are two options for you.

It means that you don't need to take courses in the first semester. Your admission will be postponed for one semester.
The procedure:
a. Register first and pay the tuition to obtain the official student identity of Taiwan Tech in September, 2020.
b. Apply for leave of absence before Jan 6, 2021 to Ms. Lydia at lydia@mail.ntust.edu.tw

c. Students who can't come to Taiwan and are taking online courses don't need to pay the full tuition. You only need to pay credit fees (2,280 NTD per credit). After Sep 28, the school will count how many credits you choose on the system and send you the credit card authorization form.
d. Fill in the form and email back to Ms. Lydia at lydia@mail.ntust.edu.tw.
e. After paying the credit fees, you are successfully registered. The professors will upload the teaching materials or videos online. You can study at home.
